  Upper Dolpo Trek

This trekking area lies in far western part of Nepal . The upper Dolpo are is restricted area as well where you need to have any special permits to go. This trek crosses three relatively high passes, good paths are followed throughout and there is no trekking on glaciers. At the edge of the Tibetan Plateau in the Himalayan rain shadow lies Dolpo - the legendary hidden land closed for years to trekkers. The lack of other tourists, the warm welcome given by the hardy Dolpo-Pa and the fascinating insight into the Tibetan way of life makes this an extremely varied and special trek.
You could see nice landscape and villages. You could see perfect Mountain View from here. This area also offer the deepest lake of Nepal “ Phokshendu” and biggest waterfall of Nepal “Suligard water fall”.

This trek can be organize only camping (Tented Camp). On a camping trek you will sleep in tents. The staff includes a guide, cook, Sherpa and sufficient porters to carry all trekking gear. Even if you have never camped before, there is no need to worry that you won't enjoy the experience. The tents we provide are roomy, the sleeping pads/ mattresses are comfortable and international style food of a high standard is freshly prepared and served.
