   Everest Expedition South Col (8848 m)


Most of the mountaineers have their dream to reach the summit of Everest in their life time. For many who are mainly trekkers become contended having the good view of it from Kalapatthar, Gokyo Ri or visiting Everest base camp. For many mountaineers successful Everest expedition is the ultimate goal of climbing in Himalayas of Nepal. The highest summit alone in the world – the Everest climbing – is an exciting and a terrific experience. The climb will be led along the normal route via the south Col , installing a base camp at approximately 6000m, 6600m, 7400m and 8000m respectively. The Everest along this route is technically straightforward, but climbers must be aware for the potential sudden weather changes and the risks involved.

Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrive Kathmandu .
Day 02-04 : KTM for official formalities.
Day 05 : Fly KTM to Lukla. Camp at Phakding.
Day 06 : Namche.
Day 07 : Khumjung.
Day 08 : Tengboche.
Day 09 : Pheriche.
Day 10 : Lobuche
Day 11 : Gorakhshep.
Day 12 : Base Camp.
Day 13-53 : Climbing period.
Day 54 : Base Camp to Lobuche.
Day 55 : Pangboche.
Day 56 : Namche.
Day 57 : Lukla.
Day 58 : Fly to Kathmandu .
Day 59-60 : Kathmandu .
Day 61 : Departure from Kathmandu .
